The Gracechurch client orientation programme is designed to sit alongside our Key Account Planning programme. Where the Key Account programme is designed to focus on very few "key" clients, this approach benefits other significant fee generators i.e. those who provide 80% of the revenue.
The programme consists of a series of components such as client segmentation, reward and esteem measures, information supply and account planning. All are important in achieving effective client orientation. Gracechurch helps the firm's management to address each component in turn, to develop a programme that will work.
