Contact management
Alongside a firm's people, the client base is one of the most valuable components of a professional firm. The protection and development of this client base often provides the basis of a firm's strategy and core business objectives. Contact management systems are confidently sold to help achieve these objectives.
Gracechurch decided to conduct research among legal firms to investigate the whole area of contact management. We asked questions of each firm that led us to measure their success and identify approaches that worked. We interviewed more than 60 users in 45 firms in the UK, the US and Germany. Their functions included marketing, IT, fee earning and secretarial support.
