The Lawyer's 2nd annual forum, Business Development for Law Firms 2007.
Steve Blundell ran a half day masterclass entitled 'Innovation in Business Development' at the Commonwealth Club, London WC2 in early 2007.
It was an interactive session giving practical advice on what works and what doesn't. The agenda was set by the delegates who were asked in advance to rank their key areas of interest and challenges to innovation.

We hosted a Corporate Hospitality Event in July 2006 at Bankside Gallery. It was a private view of an exhibition of prints by modern British Printmakers whose work is now rarely seen but whom, in their day, represented the skill and craftsmanship at the heart of British printmaking. - Managing Key Client Relationships
Managing Partners' Forum is a member organisation for managing partners of professional services firms. Under its auspices, it organised a panel of Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) in these firms. They were asked to participate in a series of surveys on management issues of importance to professional firms. The first of these surveys on Key Client Programmes was completed in Nov/Dec 2005 and the results were published during a web seminar in January 2006. CMO Panel Director, Gracechurch's Steve Blundell (who devised the survey and analysed the results) presented the findings, answered questions and talked about the practical lessons gleaned from his involvement with many of these programmes. - Managing the client matrix
