Ben Bolton
Director
Ben is co-founder of Gracechurch Consulting. He leads major client accounts and consults on business strategy and planning projects. His approach is inclusive, fact-based and creative. Ben has strong experience of implementing change in the areas of marketing, research and strategic planning, having conducted several major internal assignments for clients. This work has given him a good understanding of the issues relating to successful implementation of strategy processes and the vital need to create leadership confidence around necessary, but often unsettling change.
He has extensive experience of designing and running multinational projects and specifically has strong experience of establishing effective strategic research functions for large organisations. He is an experienced consultant in areas of strategy and marketing, (especially brand) and has a wealth of experience of professional services and corporate markets.
