Chris believes that finance should be more than just about the numbers. While his core accounting expertise has allowed him to run a number of finance departments, he has also specialised in acquisitions, joint ventures, project management and business strategy.
He has wide experience of a number of key industry sectors including Electricity, Gas, Telecoms, Manufacturing and Construction.
Chris has negotiated contracts in diverse areas, from company acquisitions and disposals, to a billion pounds metering contract in the Utility industry.
One of the main players in a small Industry Group led by Ofgem, that Unbundled the provision of Metering services in the United Kingdom.
He has provided advice to the Directors and management of Gracechurch on their future direction and diversification into other markets.
Chris recently retired as a non Executive Director of The Chartered Accountants Benevolent Association.
