Sarah is a researcher and trends analyst. She has worked for more than twenty years at a number of leading marketing consultancies and branding agencies. Most recently, she was Knowledge Manager for ten years at The Brand Union (formerly Enterprise IG), part of WPP Group plc.
Sarah specialises in working with clients to develop a better understanding of the key issues and trends facing their customers. She believes that clients are increasingly looking for partners that have a deep understanding of their businesses and the worlds in which they operate.
Sarah prides herself on being an expert in drawing key findings from internal and external research and she excels in secondary research, finding information and intelligence of all kinds from a wide variety of sources.
Sarah has a particular passion and curiosity for investigating what is happening in marketing, branding and consumer trends - she constantly monitors trends websites, newsfeeds and other sources and maintains a popular Trends blog made up of some of the stories she has found interesting.
