Stephen Denne
Key Accounts Manager
Stephen is Gracechurch's Key Accounts Manager. His main responsibility is to develop our client base by managing relationships with existing clients and introducing the firm's capabilities to potential new clients.
Stephen has over 25 years' experience in the professional and financial services industry, embracing client consulting, business development, marketing, service development and internal engagement/related change management.
Stephen joined Gracechurch Consulting from Mercer, the global provider of HR consulting, outsourcing and investment services. As a European Partner at Mercer, Stephen was latterly responsible for facilitating the development of service propositions and related marketing, sales and internal engagement strategies for the firm's largest UK business line. Prior to that, he led a group in the firm's client development and marketing function overseeing market research, client insight, proposition development, and a range of key CRM and sales processes.
