Steve Blundell
Steve is a founding director of Gracechurch Consulting. He has been lead director on many of the firm's major assignments, UK and international.
He specialises in advising clients on strategy and planning and helping firms organise for enhanced business development.
Most of these projects involve facilitation exercises with groups of senior partners and directors and Steve has led many such sessions.
Projects range through: Advising on merger strategies; Developing effective business plans; Developing key client management programmes - domestic and cross-border; Designing thought leadership projects; A management approach to the implementation of CRM systems; Enhanced transaction management; Developing client service standards and measures; New product/service development and testing.
In working with clients, Steve is able to draw on more than 16 years' experience of marketing and strategy with professional services during which he has held senior marketing roles in Deloitte & Touche, Baker Tilly, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Denton Wilde Sapte. His early career was spent in research and development and product management for two multinational chemical companies.
Steve has an MBA from Henley. He is a well-known conference speaker and has published many articles on subjects ranging from making strategic planning work to motivating partners to develop business. He is the author of our report on making CRM systems work.
